Are you ready to become a better leader, but don’t know where to start?

You’re not alone. Over the last 20 years I’ve worked with high value leaders who feel the same. The common thread? Fear, imposter syndrome and untapped potential. Based on extensive experience leading teams and studying leadership, I’ve created this quick-start course to share ten simple ideas that will kickstart your leadership evolution.

  • In this course you will learn how to:

  • Let go of IMPOSTER SYNDROME and create a powerful new inner dialogue.

  • Overcome the fear of DELEGATION and adopt a new, high-impact approach to this critical leadership skill.

  • Finally master the skill of PRIORITIZATION and learn why you've found it so challenging in the past.

  • Adopt new, simple approaches for MOTIVATING your team by focussing on RECOGNITION and APPRECIATION.

What's included?

Every chapter of the 10-4-10 Leadership Programme - Gold Edition - contains one of each of the resources below. It's designed to give you a rock-solid leadership foundation and ensure you're doing the basics brilliantly well.

  • 10 Bespoke Worksheets

  • 11 New Videos

  • 10 Audio Files

  • 10 Curated Podcasts

  • 10 Book Reviews

Over the past two decades in the business trenches, I’ve noticed that most people who aren’t maximising their leadership potential fall into one of three camps.

Camp One Camp Two Camp Three

“I want to be a better leader, but I struggle to find courses that don’t cost the Earth”.

We get it. That’s why the 10-4-10 Program is just £69.00 to master the fundamentals of leadership.

I’m in

“I know I could be a better leader, but I don’t have the time to develop my skills”

Our 10 step solution is designed with the time-poor in mind. You only need 5 minutes a day to become a better leader.

Let’s do it

“I thought I could just learn leadership myself, but the business leaders I follow are always continually learning… What am I missing here?

Yep. The best leaders never stop learning. It’s time to get on their level.

My Background In Leadership

I’ve been leading and developing teams for over two decades, but my leadership fundamentals were learnt in the Army.

Working in situations where death is the consequence of bad leadership, you quickly learn how to tap into your innate leadership qualities, trust your intuition and use your personal power to best serve others. In its purest form, leadership is all about serving others.

My army career led me on expeditions around the globe, but I later took on corporate roles in HR and Operations at some of the UK largest organisations.

From the battlefield to the boardroom, I understand the true essence of leadership and am dedicated to sharing what I know with you.

My Why

Great leaders take care of more than just what happens at work; I urge leaders to consider all aspects of life to achieve peak performance, personally and professionally.

Why? Because every person that we lead is the most important person in someone else's life. How we lead doesn’t just affect those that we manage whilst they’re at work; we also impact how they are at home with their loved ones, how they view the world, and how they view themselves.

If you share Ben's belief, you'll get huge value from this programme.

Having previously been on one of Ben's courses via my employer, I already knew that I could expect a high-quality leadership program, and this certainly delivered. What I liked about this Gold edition program, is that it's suitable for anyone to sign up for and complete in their own time. Training ourselves tends to be at the bottom of the list of 'things to do', but the impact that going on this online course far outweighs any kind of doubts. Even though I have been on one of Ben's courses previously, there was fresh new content on this Gold edition, but it also reminded me of core fundamentals that I had learned on the classroom-based course but had forgotten. If you want to be a better leader, with a no-nonsense, jargon-free course that you can learn from on your terms, then I can't recommend this highly enough.

I've loved completing this excellent on-line leadership programme from Ben. There were so many nuggets of absolutely brilliant advice, coupled with super-useful tools and templates. I was a bit wary about how impactful this sort of development can be online but I actually preferred it. I did it in small chunks, first thing in the morning and found it set me up for great days. It's certainly made me think differently about my approach to leadership and I've found that using the templates has brought improvements to how I structure and prioritise my work. My personal favourite was Ben's Leadership Equaliser; stop doing and start leading has become a mantra of mine! I highly recommend this excellent programme. Thanks Ben!

I have attended and hugely benefitted from many of Ben's face to face courses over the years, but absolutely love the convenience of being able to access this resource as and when I have the time to do so. It also means I have all the content in one place, available and organised in a way I can re-visit it when needed, which is invaluable. The downloadable worksheets help you to immediately put the theory into practice and I love having a box to fill in! The content is varied, well explained, relevant and relatable. The extra links to videos and books are interesting and useful, and again, with the ability to access them any time, you have your reading list sorted for the next few months (or years!) and can watch the videos at a time to suit. I highly recommend this course to anyone in a leadership role, whether they are fresh in or very experienced, as I believe there will be useful information for everyone. There is also an amazingly supportive community where you share and learn from others.

From an end user point of view, the platform itself is easy to use, navigate and feels intuitive. I experienced no glitches or slowness - it’s very reliable and all works first time, every time. In other words, the platform is a joy to use. The content is really well-thought through and has the feel that it’s been put together with great care. Each chapter/module leads smoothly into the next. The material is of very high quality, highly useable and from the very first module, gets you thinking and reflecting about what you do each day in your current role and, more crucially, leads you to think deeply about how you do it. Aside from the content, the thing that impresses me the most is that it’s pitched in such a way that leaders at ALL levels - whether very senior or those taking their first steps at leading a small team - will benefit from all the content. I’m of a generation that was exposed to team leading for the first time during the 1980s and from the very first module, I was left wishing that I’d had access to this quality of material all those years ago. 'Imposter syndrome' may not be familiar to everyone however, it’s explained clearly early on and will have an all too familiar feel to so many - again, irrespective of whether you’re a senior or more junior leader. There are parts devoted to some of the biggest challenges of the day in ALL workplaces - particularly mental & physical well-being and managing an ever-increasing, complex workload with less time and resource, and the associated stress and distress that many seem to experience as a result. Rather than simply highlighting the issues and raising awareness, the programme goes the extra mile and you’re provided with usable tools/strategies for bringing about lasting change. Through the very carefully selected podcasts that support each chapter, you have the opportunity to benefit from some top research and practical solutions from highly qualified and experienced specialists in their field. It all feels so relevant to the real world workplace that we’re all so familiar with rather than something that feels artificial. Chapter 2; the Neuroscience of slowing down was a real revelation, and you don’t need to be scientific to appreciate its relevance to the challenges in managing mental health within the modern workplace. I think the podcast recordings and the conversations that Ben has with the many experts in their field work well and support the course material perfectly. The quality of Ben's questions bring out the very best in the various specialists and will enable all those listening to easily understand some material that might otherwise prove complex. Podcast numbers 23 & 38 for example, left a lasting impression on me and caused me to reflect for a number of days afterwards about my current and past roles and my life outside work. They bear repeated listening and I've listened to each twice - which is a testament to their quality. Overall then, a first rate programme and a highly positive learning experience that I will definitely return to again.

This was a great course by Ben! I took the standard 10-4-10 course almost a year ago, and this course offers a more in-depth approach using the same 10-4-10 model. The course is structured in 10 segments, each with the following sections: Audio of Ben, the transcript of that audio, a weekly challenge, an applicable worksheet, a relevant podcast, and a book recommendation. The audio and challenge segments dive deeper into the topics and give more insights and seem more personalized from Ben. Each of the worksheets is designed to match the challenge perfectly, which helps you to perform those challenges better and give you a physical reminder to think about/perform them. The book recommendations not only give a synopsis of the book, but Ben gives his honest feedback on the book and the reasons why he is recommending them. This aspect is very helpful and was something I was wanting from the standard course. One of the other benefits of this course is the freedom to do the course how and when you would like. The system tracks which sections you've completed, allows you to repeat sections, and mark sections as incomplete so you know what you have and haven't viewed. Ben also spells out what his recommendations for the next steps you should take are, which is helpful. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who is looking to dive deeper into Ben's leadership methodology, and appreciates a structured approach to learning.
